About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services, helping them find the best solutions for their homes. This role involves conducting professional in-home consultations, assessing customer needs, and recommending customized home improvement solutions. You will present premium replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and metal roofing products, explaining financing options, warranties, and promotions in both English and Spanish as needed. The position emphasizes building trust through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach, overcoming objections, and confidently closing sales, while maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Comfortable presenting and closing sales in customers' homes
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience preferred (in-home, outside sales, retail, automotive, construction, or similar)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
