We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate.
- Ability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to reset the showroom floor.
- Ability to assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
- A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
- Equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding their perfect mattress using the bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
- Sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a proven selling process and the bedMatch system.
- Reset the showroom floor.
- Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
