Mattress Warehouse is growing and seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist in their continuing quest to provide exceptional service to customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, Mattress Warehouse has been a leader in the Mattress industry for over 35 years and is a USA family-owned and operated business. The Sales Consultant will confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing the company's tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch. The role involves providing customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions, using state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and the exclusive bedMatch system. Requirements
- Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants.
- Ability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
- A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
- Availability to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Leverage the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to empower customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
- Sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing the company's tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
- Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
- Reset the showroom floor.
