About The Position

McDonald Nissan in Highlands Ranch is hiring a Sales Consultant to help customers find vehicles and deliver a customer-focused sales experience. The role is commission-based, with average compensation of $60,000 and top performers earning $150,000. The position includes managing leads, building customer relationships, becoming knowledgeable about Nissan vehicles, resolving customer issues, and supporting repeat and referral business. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

Manage leads from initial contact through the sales process, using professional phone and email communication.
Work directly with customers to build relationships and improve the sales process in alignment with company values.
Become a vehicle expert through manufacturer training and programs.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, during and after the sale, involving the Sales Manager.
Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business, including introductions to the service department.
Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories and explain their benefits to customers.
