About The Position

Holman is seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant at Auto Park Kia. The consultant engages with customers, understands their needs, and guides them in selecting a vehicle while providing a positive buying experience. This is a commission-eligible role, with average monthly pay expected to range from $3,000 to $10,000 based on personal performance. Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven approach.
• Proficiency with computer systems and sales software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High school diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete necessary paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Work with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel to negotiate sales prices and lease payments.
