Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life.
• Help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Develop expert knowledge of vehicle offerings, optional packages, and current technology.
• Give professional, high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to encourage referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
• Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
• Bring a positive attitude to work each day.
