About The Position

Holman is seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant for Leith Toyota. The consultant engages with customers, understands their needs, and helps them select the right vehicle while providing a positive buying experience. This is a commission-eligible role, with average monthly pay stated as $3,000–$10,000 and earning potential based on personal performance. Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in computer systems and sales software.
Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
High school diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with customers and understand their automotive needs.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
Assist customers with the purchase process and complete necessary paperwork.
Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Work with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel to negotiate sales prices and lease payments.
