Leith Lincoln is looking for a driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman family! If you enjoy building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping customers find the right vehicle, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Present vehicle features, financing, and lease options.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
• Work with Sales Managers and F&I team members to finalize deals.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
