New Car Sales Consultant
About The Position
Ricart Automotive is hiring a Sales Consultant to guide customers through a welcoming, transparent, and no-pressure vehicle-buying experience. The consultant conducts vehicle walkthroughs and test drives and explains vehicle features, technology, pricing, and financing options. The role builds long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals, while collaborating with sales management, finance experts, and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience. The consultant works toward personal sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Ricart provides full, paid training; automotive sales experience is a plus but is not required.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and customer-focused, with a passion for helping people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to learn and adapt.
- Ability to stay active and comfortably on your feet throughout the workday across the campus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must meet motor vehicle guidelines to remain insurable and drive company vehicles.

- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
