About The Position

Ricart Automotive is hiring a New Car Sales Consultant to guide customers through a welcoming, transparent, no-pressure vehicle-buying experience. The role includes conducting vehicle walkthroughs and test drives, explaining vehicle features, technology, pricing, and financing options, and building lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. The consultant works with sales management, finance experts, and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience while meeting personal sales goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Automotive sales experience is a plus but is not required; paid training is provided.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; must meet motor vehicle guidelines to remain insurable and drive company vehicles.
