About The Position

Aunt Millie’s is hiring a full-time Sales Branch Supervisor in Traverse City, Michigan, with a starting salary of $60,000 to $65,000 per year. The supervisor leads a team of 4 to 8 sales associates and oversees their training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship. As a representative of the Aunt Millie’s brand, the supervisor helps ensure the sales team acts as brand ambassadors while building and maintaining relationships with established accounts. The role includes delivering and selling products to established accounts, distributing products from company vehicles to retail locations, unloading and stocking shelves, and planning orders for each customer. The supervisor also uses an iPad to manage routes, looks for opportunities to solicit additional business, minimizes stale products to ensure freshness, and safely operates a company vehicle while following safe work procedures. Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving history.
Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
Be at least 21 years old, as mandated by DOT regulations.
Successfully pass a drug screening.
Have no convictions in the past three years for the listed disqualifying driving offenses: DUI/DWI or similar alcohol- or drug-related offense, careless or reckless driving, chemical test refusal, driving after suspension unless not notified, fleeing or eluding a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident, passing a stopped school bus, speeding 15 miles or more above the speed limit, or three or more driving violations (excluding seat belt violations).
