About The Position
Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part Time Sales Associates to join its retail team. Sales Associates support store sales and customer service, maintain merchandise and back stock, assist with merchandising and store upkeep, and help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
