Retail- Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role involves providing positive customer service, helping customers select products, maintaining merchandise and back stock, and contributing to a visually compelling store environment. Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention policies, complete assigned tasks, and help maintain a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
