About The Position
Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associates to support retail sales and store operations. Sales Associates deliver positive sales performance, provide customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, and help maintain a visually compelling store environment. They represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues, and complete assigned tasks. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
