About The Position

Vuori is seeking a seasonal, part-time Retail Sales Associate to create an engaging customer experience and communicate the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic approach. The role builds customer relationships, supports sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and helps maintain store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising. This is a contract role with the possibility of staying on after the contract ends.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Forge lasting relationships with customers and create an unforgettable customer experience.
Work with the sales team to provide each customer with the best possible service.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion landscape and activewear, to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
