About The Position

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge about fashion and activewear and assist with projects while prioritizing customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Stock the sales floor each evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with merchandising and visual directives; maintain a neat, clean, organized selling floor that reflects the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
