About The Position

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This Part-Time Flexible role is designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
