Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Flex Sales Associate is a part-time, flexible retail role at Pandora’s South Park Mall location in North Carolina. The associate supports store operations and delivers engaging customer experiences during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed. The role includes variable scheduling, potentially with few or no scheduled hours during slower periods and increased availability during peak seasons. Hours may range from 4 hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic periods. The associate represents Pandora as a brand ambassador, shares product knowledge, helps customers style jewellery, and builds genuine connections that inspire loyalty. The position requires a flexible schedule and may involve standing for extended periods, lifting more than 50 pounds, and arriving at work on time. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Care-focused written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
