About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Westfield Culver City store supports the team during peak business periods and helps deliver a world-class shopping experience. The role involves engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, supporting store operations, and working a flexible schedule that can include periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during busy times. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, special events, and other high-traffic times. The position typically ranges from four hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability as a results-oriented seller.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Ability to arrive at work on time.
