About The Position

The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora delivers a world-class customer experience, works toward individual and store sales goals, and supports store operations during peak periods. The role involves sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style their jewellery, and building genuine relationships that foster brand loyalty. Flex associates are called on during high-traffic times, special events, promotions, product launches, and when additional store coverage is needed. Schedules vary with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak seasons.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to achieve results in sales.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Ability to work a variable schedule ranging from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
