About The Position
Pandora is the world's largest jewelry brand, and this role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Park Meadows location. The Flex Sales Associate will be a dedicated Pandora fan responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers. This role offers flexibility, fitting into your lifestyle by supporting store operations during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. The associate will share product knowledge, inspire customers with styling advice, and build lasting connections. This position requires a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, potentially including periods with few scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
