About The Position

Pandora is hiring a part-time Flex Sales Associate for its Bellevue Square Mall store. The role focuses on delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers through product knowledge and jewellery styling. The associate supports store operations and provides additional coverage during peak hours, special events, and other high-traffic periods. Schedules vary with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, offset by increased availability during peak times. Hours may range from approximately 4 hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. An assessment will be emailed to applicants after they submit an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying according to business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
