Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Flex Sales Associate is a part-time, flexible retail role at Pandora’s Potomac Mills Outlet. The associate supports the store during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed, delivering a world-class shopping experience, achieving sales goals, and helping with store operations. The schedule varies according to business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by greater availability during peak times. Hours may range from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. The role involves sharing product knowledge, helping customers style jewellery, building brand loyalty, and representing Pandora as a brand ambassador. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
Requirements
- Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Be available for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability varying according to business needs.
- Be able to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
- Complete an assessment emailed after application submission.
