About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their Ala Moana Center location. As the largest jewelry brand globally, Pandora empowers individuals to express themselves through beautiful products. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be a Pandora Fan, delivering world-class experiences, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers. The Flex Sales Associate will support store operations during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. The position requires a flexible schedule, the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time. This role offers a flexible schedule, working anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons, providing reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Requirements
