About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Northlake Mall store delivers a world-class customer experience, supports store operations, and helps achieve sales goals. The role focuses on engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and inspiring them to style jewellery that expresses their stories. Flexible staff associates provide coverage when needed most, particularly during peak hours, special events, and other high-traffic periods. Hours may vary substantially with business needs, ranging from about four hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons, and there may be periods with few or no scheduled hours. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application. Pandora is a global jewellery brand that designs, crafts, and markets accessible luxury jewellery made from high-quality materials. The company says its jewellery is made using recycled silver and gold and is committed to halving greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by 2030.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying according to business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Ability to arrive at work on time.
- Comfort with a schedule that can include few or no hours during slower periods and increased availability during peak periods.
