About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their Crossgates Mall location. This role is ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle, stepping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Flex Sales Associate will be a "Pandora Fan" responsible for surpassing sales goals, engaging customers, and providing product knowledge to inspire self-expression through jewelry styling. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role also includes upholding merchandising and retail operational standards, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
