The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This part-time role is designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
