About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Bellevue Square Mall store delivers a world-class shopping experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds engaging ways to attract customers. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style jewellery, and helps them express their stories through Pandora products. The flexible role provides support during peak hours and other periods when the store needs additional coverage, while also contributing to store operations.

The schedule varies with business needs and may include few or no scheduled hours during slower periods, with increased availability during peak times. The role may involve working approximately four hours per month during slower periods and up to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
• Have developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
• Arrive at work on time.
