About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Macy's La Plaza delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and supports store operations, especially during peak hours. The role involves sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style their jewellery, and authentically connecting with customers to build lasting brand loyalty. The schedule varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, with greater availability needed during peak periods. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, special events, and other high-traffic times.
