About The Position
The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Bridgeport Village store delivers a world-class shopping experience, exceeds sales goals, and supports store operations during peak periods. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and builds lasting customer connections and brand loyalty. The role offers a variable schedule aligned with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times such as evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. Hours may range from 4 hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Applicants must complete an assessment sent by email after submitting an application. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
- Ability to arrive at work on time.
