About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Paddock Mall delivers a world-class customer experience, helps surpass sales goals, and supports store operations during peak periods. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and helps them express their stories through Pandora products. This flexible role has schedules that vary with business needs, potentially with few or no scheduled hours during slower periods and greater availability during peak times. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, special events, and other high-traffic times. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
Requirements
- Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Be available for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
