About The Position

Pandora is seeking a part-time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Park Place Mall. This flexible role supports the store during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed. The associate delivers a world-class shopping experience, works toward sales goals, shares product knowledge, and helps customers style jewellery and express their personal stories. Scheduling varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. The role may provide approximately four hours per month during slower periods and approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic times. An assessment will be emailed after the application is submitted.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Care-oriented written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability varying according to business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to arrive at work on time.
