Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Flex Sales Associate is a part-time, flexible role supporting Pandora’s store during peak hours and other times when additional coverage is needed. The associate delivers an excellent customer experience, contributes to sales goals, shares product knowledge, and supports store operations. Schedules vary with business needs and may include few or no hours during slower periods and increased availability during peak seasons. Hours may range from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic periods. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation in New York is $16.00–$17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be available for a flexible schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
