Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Macy's Moreno Valley delivers a world-class customer experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds engaging ways to attract and connect with customers. The associate shares product knowledge and inspires customers to style jewellery that expresses their stories and passions. This flexible part-time role provides support during peak hours and other high-traffic periods, including evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. Schedules vary with business needs and may include few or no scheduled hours in slower periods, with greater availability during peak seasons. Work may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. An assessment will be emailed after the application is submitted.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Care-oriented written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
- Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with greater availability during peak periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.

- Create memorable shopping experiences through product knowledge and by building brand loyalty.
- Engage customers authentically and foster lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards.
- Provide support during high-traffic times, special events, and when additional coverage is needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
