About The Position

Jeff Wyler Automotive Family is hiring an ambitious, competitive, and tech-savvy college graduate for its Sales Team at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. Automotive experience is not required; the company will provide industry training. The role offers a base during training that transitions to uncapped earning potential, with opportunities for advancement through internal promotion. A $2,000 signing bonus is available to candidates who graduated from college less than 12 months ago. Employees may also receive a $3,000 bonus after six months and another $3,000 after one year.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers online, over the phone, and in person to understand their vehicle needs.
• Guide buyers through vehicle selection, explaining technology, safety features, and financing options.
• Build and maintain a personal digital sales pipeline using CRM tools and social media.
• Provide a seamless vehicle delivery experience for customers.
