About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Palm Harbor, Florida, is seeking a Sales Associate to help ensure guests have an outstanding spa experience. The spa is part of a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal. The role combines membership and service sales with customer service and front-desk duties. Spa-industry training is provided. Flexible shifts are available, and the position may be full-time or part-time. Compensation is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, plus commissions; benefits may depend on employment status and length of employment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Sell gift cards and spa services.
Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the services menu.
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting relationships.
Work flexible hours.
Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
