About The Position
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Palm Harbor, Florida, is seeking a Sales Associate to help ensure guests and members have an outstanding spa experience. The role involves membership and service sales, customer service, appointment scheduling, and supporting daily spa operations. Spa-industry training is provided. Various shifts are available, and the role may be full-time or part-time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Sell gift cards and spa services.
- Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships.
- Work flexible hours.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
