About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in South Tampa, Florida, is seeking a Sales Associate to help ensure that guests have an outstanding spa experience. The associate supports membership and service sales while providing excellent customer service, building lasting relationships with members and guests, and helping maintain spa standards. Spa-industry knowledge is not required; training is provided. This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities. Compensation is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, plus commissions. Benefits may depend on full-time or part-time status and/or length of employment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Sell gift cards and spa services.
Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the services menu.
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting relationships.
Work flexible hours.
Communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
