About The Position

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Lakeland, Florida, is seeking a Sales Associate to help ensure guests have an outstanding spa experience. The role focuses on sales, customer service, appointment scheduling, and maintaining spa standards. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years old.
Be exceptionally organized and attentive to detail.
Be a strong team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Sell gift cards and spa services.
Develop detailed knowledge of the menu of services; training is provided.
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting relationships.
Work flexible hours.
Communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
