About The Position
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in South Tampa, Florida, is seeking a Sales Associate to help ensure customers have an outstanding spa experience. The role involves membership and service sales, customer service, appointment scheduling, and maintaining spa cleanliness. Spa-industry knowledge is not required; training is provided. The spa offers various shifts and may accommodate full-time or part-time schedules. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus commissions. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong team-player skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Sell gift cards and spa services.
- Develop detailed knowledge of the menu of services; training is provided.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships.
- Work flexible hours.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
