Part-Time Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)
About The Position
The Sales Associate, also described as a Brick Specialist, helps deliver a signature experience to every guest at a LEGO store. The role includes greeting guests, completing cash register functions, maintaining a professional and engaging manner, keeping the store clean and safe, and maintaining displays according to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards. The associate also supports stockroom operations, merchandise receiving, and safety procedures; resolves customer issues and escalates challenging situations to a manager; and engages customers using promotional materials and loyalty programs. The position is typically responsible for store operational tasks while on duty.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging store experience.
- Perform all cash register functions.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment.
- Maintain store displays and learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
- Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
- Engage customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Handle store operational tasks while on duty.
