About The Position

The Sales Associate helps create a signature experience for every guest at a LEGO® store. The role includes greeting guests, performing cash register functions, maintaining a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store, and upholding LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. The associate also supports stockroom operations, merchandise receiving, customer engagement, promotional materials, and loyalty programs. Associates resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager, and are typically responsible for store operational tasks while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and provide a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging experience.
• Perform all cash register functions.
• Carry out daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays.
• Learn and execute LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate the stockroom.
• Maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards and follow safety regulations.
• Notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
• Engage with customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Perform store operational tasks while on duty.
