About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Store in Dallas. The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador, creating an excellent customer experience while presenting merchandise and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The role involves building customer relationships and a client base, supporting sales and merchandising, and maintaining store standards and policies.

Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science college degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service using effective communication, business awareness, and problem-solving skills.
Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary service.
Maintain knowledge of products, merchandise lines, promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountability at point-of-sale registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
