About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the Dallas Galleria location in Dallas, Texas. Team members create an enjoyable shopping environment, help keep the store clean and organized, and work collaboratively in a dynamic retail setting. The role involves selling shoes and apparel and may include running around and climbing ladders. Part-time and full-time positions are available; this posting is for a part-time seasonal role. The stated pay range is $11.00 per hour, and the role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, driven, and willing to work hard.
• Communicate comfortably with a wide range of people.
