About The Position

The Sales Associate at Cosmoprof focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience and guiding customers through their beauty journey. The role involves advising customers about hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, with product knowledge and training provided by Cosmoprof. The associate builds customer relationships, supports sales, completes transactions, and helps maintain the store environment. Working schedules and hours vary to accommodate different needs, subject to the business’s scheduling requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to apply knowledge gained from product training to support customer service.
• Able to read and explain product labels.
• Able to follow directions.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Inform customers about the Loyalty program and enroll them.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values.
• Use product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
