About The Position

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor creates a memorable shopping experience for Cosmoprof customers and helps guide them through their beauty needs, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. The role combines customer service and product recommendations with store merchandising, accurate transactions, loyalty-program enrollment, and maintaining a professional store environment. Product knowledge and training are provided. The company offers a range of working schedules and hours.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires long periods of standing and walking, and recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• The position requires recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Inform customers about and enroll them in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
