About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Store in Sarasota. The role represents HUGO BOSS to customers by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador, develops customer relationships, supports sales goals, and helps maintain store operations and product knowledge.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience.
- Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and stay aware of annual, monthly, and daily targets.
- Develop personal sales through proactive techniques, use of a client book, and active client tracking and profiling.
- Know how and when to close a sale.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers, and create a lasting positive impression.
- Greet customers and maintain friendly posture, poise, and brand-appropriate image.
- Use basic communication skills and maintain professional standards with customers, peers, and management.
- Maintain an active client book and follow through on commitments made to customers.
- Keep current with customer service standards and provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Generate ideas for improving customer service and inform customers about upcoming events.
- Explain return and exchange policies.
- Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
- Communicate effectively with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
- Maintain professional dress and personal grooming standards; a uniform will be provided soon.
- Participate in product knowledge seminars and communicate knowledge of new product designs, products, and lifestyles to customers.
- Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
- Perform opening store operations.
