About The Position

Jenni Kayne is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to maximize sales and provide welcoming customer service. The associate communicates with customers to understand their needs, builds client relationships, and maintains an updated client book. The role also supports sales through consignments and relationships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists.

The associate handles point-of-sale transactions and participates in store operations, including maintaining displays, stock transfers, receiving merchandise, and store events. They encourage customers to join Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage with the brand on social media, share feedback with management, prepare daily business recaps, and help protect company assets through loss-prevention practices. This is a part-time seasonal position in Naples. The hourly rate is $22.00, determined by experience, education, skills, and location.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• A can-do attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Availability and willingness to work during peak business periods, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with POS and inventory management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Comfort working in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing 20 pounds or more from time to time.

• Experience in women's upper contemporary, multi-label, or luxury designer retail.

Responsibilities

• Share feedback with management and write daily business recaps.
• Secure company assets through loss prevention in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
