About The Position

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of retail sales experience; experience in women's upper contemporary, multi-label, or luxury designer retail is preferred.
A can-do attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
Availability and willingness to work during peak business periods, including weekends and holidays.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and experience with point-of-sale and inventory management systems, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
Comfort working in a team environment.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing 20 pounds or more from time to time, as required.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service.
Communicate with customers to determine their needs.
Build client relationships and maintain an updated client book.
Drive sales through consignments and partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists.
Handle point-of-sale transactions, including sales, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap.
Support store operations by maintaining displays, assisting with stock transfers, and receiving merchandise.
Participate in store events.
Encourage customers to enroll in Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage with the brand on social media.
Share feedback with management and write daily business recaps.
Protect company assets through loss prevention practices in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
