About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Health Enthusiast® who is passionate about health and wellness and interested in learning about supplements. The role involves helping customers, achieving sales and productivity goals, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting day-to-day store operations. The estimated wage is $17.00–$18.00 per hour, based on factors including role requirements, skill set, experience, and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Passion for the health and wellness industry.
• Enthusiasm and ability to engage customers effectively.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Work with integrity and contribute to a team that takes pride in executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Build product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts on time, keep shelves stocked, and ensure products are priced appropriately.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products.
• Perform additional duties as required.
